Wool rug cleaning
Wool is naturally resilient but sensitive to heat and alkaline chemicals. We use wool-safe, pH-neutral solutions and controlled water temperatures, so the lanolin and softness of the fibre are preserved and the pile does not shrink or felt.
Persian and Oriental rug cleaning
Hand-knotted Persian, Turkish and Chinese rugs are dye-tested before any cleaning starts. Fringes are cleaned separately by hand and natural dyes are protected with pH-balanced products in the optimum concentration for the fabric.
Silk and viscose rug cleaning
Silk and viscose lose strength when wet, so we clean them with specialised low-moisture methods and gentle agitation. This removes soil and restores sheen without distorting the delicate pile.

Most rugs are cleaned on the spot, at your home, in about an hour. For heavily soiled, delicate or antique rugs we also offer a collection service: we take the rug, deep clean and fully dry it at our facility, and deliver it back to you. Just tell us which option you prefer when booking.

Do you clean Persian, Oriental and antique rugs?
Yes. Delicate and antique rugs are cleaned with pH-balanced solutions matched to the fibre and dye type, using gentle hand-finishing where needed. Wool, silk and viscose rugs are always tested first to make sure colours stay fixed.
Can you remove old stains and pet odours from rugs?
In most cases, yes. We successfully treat wine, coffee, food and pet stains, and use specialised deodorising treatments for pet odours. Very old or previously-treated stains may not fully disappear, but you will see a clear improvement.
How long does a rug take to dry after cleaning?
Typically 2 to 4 hours after hot water extraction, and even faster with dry cleaning. We use professional air movers on request to speed up drying.
Do you offer same day rug cleaning?
Yes, same day appointments are available subject to our schedule. We work 7 days a week, 09:00 to 20:00, across all London areas.
Do I need to take my rug anywhere?
No. Our technicians clean your rug at your home. For heavily soiled or delicate rugs we can also collect, clean off-site and return the rug to you.
